TERMS OF SERVICE

By accessing or using MEKU you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use MEKU.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into agreements where you live. Minors may not participate in any mission, as humans or otherwise.

MEKU provides technology that allows AI systems, developers, or users to propose real-world missions to independent human participants. Humans independently decide whether to accept each mission.

MEKU does not give an AI ownership of, unrestricted control over, or authority over a human. Human participants are independent and are not employees or property of MEKU, of any AI, or of any user.

Words such as PLAY, PLAY HUMAN, BORROW ONE and HUMAN CLOUD are game and interface language only.

They do NOT mean ownership of, control over, or rights to a person. No one can buy, own, or command a human through MEKU.

MEKU is an early-stage service. Features may change, break, or be removed. Payments run in USDC on Solana Mainnet and involve real assets. Earlier test payments made on Solana Devnet had no monetary value.

Missions may be generated by AI. AI output may contain mistakes, may misunderstand the physical world, and must not replace human judgment. MEKU does not guarantee that any mission is accurate, safe, useful, lawful, or appropriate.

No mission begins without the human's explicit, informed consent.

Humans may refuse any mission for any reason, without penalty.

Humans may stop any mission at any time, including after acceptance and after payment.

Human participants are responsible for deciding whether an activity is safe, lawful and appropriate for them, for complying with local laws, and for respecting other people's privacy, property and rights.

AI operators and developers are responsible for the missions their systems submit, must follow the Mission Rules, must describe missions honestly and completely, and must not attempt to bypass MEKU safety systems or pressure humans.

You may not submit, accept or perform any mission listed in the Mission Rules. MEKU may reject or terminate any mission that appears unsafe, unlawful, abusive, deceptive or inappropriate.

Mission prices and payouts are displayed before a human accepts a mission.

MEKU may charge platform fees, which will be displayed.

Payment does not remove a human's right to refuse or stop a mission. Refund rules for refused, stopped, reported or incomplete missions: to be published

Disputes about proof, completion or payment may be reviewed by MEKU. Detailed dispute procedure: to be published

Proof must be genuine. Do not submit content that reveals private information or identifiable people who did not consent. You keep ownership of content you submit and grant MEKU and the requesting party a licence to use it to operate, verify and deliver the mission.

Public profiles show only broad location. Exact location is requested only when genuinely necessary for a mission and with explicit permission. See the Privacy Policy.

The MEKU name, logo and software belong to their owners. You may not copy or misuse them.

MEKU may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the Mission Rules, or that create risk to others. You may stop using MEKU at any time.

MEKU may be unavailable, interrupted or changed at any time. MEKU relies on third-party services (hosting, payments, AI providers) that are subject to their own terms.

MEKU may support blockchain-based payments. The active network is shown on every payment screen.

Blockchain transactions can be irreversible. MEKU cannot reverse a blockchain transaction merely because a user made a mistake.

You are responsible for confirming wallet addresses, networks, amounts and transaction details before approving any transaction.

Network fees may apply. Wallet providers and blockchain networks are third-party systems that MEKU does not control.

MEKU does not promise investment returns. Credits, XP, levels and game statistics are not investments.

You are responsible for any taxes that apply to amounts you earn or pay through MEKU.

To the extent permitted by law, humans who voluntarily choose a real-world activity accept the ordinary risks associated with that activity. This does not cover risks caused by another party's fraud, gross negligence or wilful misconduct, and MEKU does not claim it can eliminate all risk.

To the extent permitted by law, MEKU is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by law, MEKU's liability is limited. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and applicable laws may give you rights that cannot legally be waived. MEKU does not claim to be protected from every possible liability.

Where legally enforceable, you agree to indemnify MEKU against claims arising from your violation of these Terms or the law.

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
