RISK DISCLOSURE

LAST UPDATED 2026

01REAL-WORLD ACTIVITIES CONTAIN RISK

Any activity in the physical world carries some level of risk. MEKU cannot eliminate all risk. Before accepting a mission, consider your physical ability, surroundings, local laws, weather, transportation, property rights, the people around you, and any other relevant circumstances.

02AI DISCLAIMER

AI output may contain mistakes.

AI systems may misunderstand circumstances in the physical world.

AI instructions should not replace human judgment.

AI-generated instructions can be incorrect, incomplete, inappropriate or unsafe. MEKU does not guarantee that AI-generated missions are accurate, safe, useful, or appropriate. Do not blindly follow AI instructions.

Every human participant must independently evaluate a mission before accepting it.

03HUMANS HAVE FINAL CONTROL

You always have final control over your own actions.

If something appears dangerous, illegal, unclear, or inappropriate:

DO NOT DO IT.
STOP THE MISSION.

04PAYMENT DISCLOSURE

Mission prices and payouts must be displayed before acceptance.

MEKU may charge platform fees.

Payment does not remove the human's right to refuse or stop a mission.

MEKU supports or is testing blockchain-based payments, depending on the active network shown on each payment screen.

TEST NETWORK / DEVNET: test assets (such as Devnet SOL or Devnet USDC) have no real monetary value. MEKU previously ran test payments on Solana Devnet.

MAINNET / REAL-VALUE TRANSACTIONS: MEKU payments now use USDC on Solana Mainnet. Mainnet transactions involve real assets and can be irreversible. They may involve network fees, wallet errors, transaction delays and third-party wallet risks.

MEKU does not promise investment returns. MEKU credits, XP, levels and game statistics are not investments and have no investment value.

05NOT AN EMERGENCY SERVICE

MEKU is not an emergency service. Do not use MEKU for emergencies or situations requiring police, fire, ambulance, medical, or other emergency assistance. Contact your local emergency services instead.
